We are custodians of numerous wills and trust instruments and have assisted clients to obtain grants of representation to enable them to administer the estates of their deceased loved ones.

We assist our clients to carry out HR-Legal audits, identify potential legal risks and take steps to remedy any breaches of employment law. We have negotiated and drawn up employment contracts for our clients and we have represented many clients in the Employment and Labour Relations Court.

We are notaries and commissioners for oaths and provide certification and attestation services to our clients.

We provide legal advice on all aspects of intellectual property law and have assisted numerous clients in protecting their intellectual property rights through registration of trademarks, patents, industrial designs and copyrights.

This includes registration of assignments, carrying out renewals and also IP rights litigation before the Registrar of Trademarks.


Mrs. Mohamed offers impartial mediation services at reasonable costs to disputants who opt for mediation as a way of resolving their disputes or as a way of narrowing down the core issues surrounding their disputes. She has managed to bring disputants to the negotiation table and has obtained partial or full settlement agreements within relatively short timeframes.


Mr. Karega is a qualified arbitration law expert and is able to sit as an independent arbitrator in respect to many forms of commercial disputes.
