Employment and Labour Relations Law
We assist our clients carry out HR-Legal audits, identify potential legal risks and take steps to remedy any breaches of employment law. We have negotiated and drawn up employment contracts for our clients and we have represented many clients in the Employment and Labour Relations Court.
We review and draft all types of commercial contracts including service level agreements, supply contracts, management agreements, assignments and construction contracts. We have acted for our clients in mergers and acquisitions and have assisted them to organise their businesses using the best corporate structures suitable to their circumstances.
As part of dispute prevention, we have provided in-house customised legal training to our clients on various aspects of the law thereby creating awareness as to potential legal consequences of otherwise “innocent” actions undertaken in the course of business.
We are notaries and commissioners for oaths and provide certification and attestation services to our clients as well as legalization of documents at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
